ザ・スーパーガール

 

Here she is again. Japanese actress Rei Maki ( 牧れい ) was in the centre of a blog post some weeks ago. She wore a denim vest in one episode of the Japanese TV-series THE SUPER GIRL (ザ・スーパーガール). 

The Supergirl seems to have been the 1976/1977 Japanese answer to American TV-series CHARLIES ANGELS with a similiar construction, but more girls instead of three angels. This episode with Rei Maki wearing a blue jean vest was mostly set in a Japanese amusement park.

Miss Kreidler

 

A Dutch Miss Kreidler from the 1970s, beautiful and wearing denim on denim, a jeans skirt and a denim vest for example.

I found her on another photo wearing the denim vest again:

Here is another Dutch Miss Kreidler from the 1970s (or is she the same, only a year before?). I think, she wears a denim vest too, but it's hard to recognize, because most of the important parts like button line or cleavage are covered. The v-neck seems to be lined with a jeans braid. Watch out for the vest pocket on the left side of the picture, it looks like a denim vest pocket.
