A really interesting discovery from this week, I had never heard about the Spanking Girl before. This was broadcastet on American TV before the political correctness took place on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. FERNWOOD-2-NIGHT or FERNWOOD TONIGHT was a fictional Late Night Talk Show with actors and actresses playing Talk Show hosts and guests, first aired in 1977, to perform the untrustworthy topics.
The Spanking Girl was played by American actress Kathy McCullen again, wearing also a denim on denim outfit, this time with blue jeans, blouse and another denim vest as she wore in her first episode.
My fascination about Kathys performance is not because of the spanking, that's not my cup of tea. But it's great to see such a beautiful cute actress wearing a denim on denim outfit again with a blue jean vest here.
In the episode Corporal Punishment (2) the Spanking Girl Debbie Dunbar returns to the Talk Show couch. This time not with her headmaster, but with her mother and her sister! Too bad, that Mom gets more screentime than Debbie.
After this Debbie changes her outfit to a cheerleader uniform. The denim on denim performances of Debbie are ending her. Spanking Girl Debbie returns to the fictional Talk Show a couple of times in later episodes, but she never wore the denim on denim outfit again. So this was the last part of Spanking Girl.
