The Smiling Face aka 微笑 aka Wei xiao is a Taiwanese movie from 1977. Two of the actresses wore denim waistcoats in the movie.
First we have an actress with a white denim suit, including a white denim waistcoat. This may have been Debbie Chou, but I'm not sure.
Second there is another main actress with a blue denim waistcoat, I think, this was Zhen Zhen:
