Maybe, but only maybe this is a very very early woman with denim vest. American actress Pat Starling wears a cowgirl outfit with blue jeans and a denim (?) vest in the 1948 (!!!) American Western movie Sunset Carson Rides Again. Judge yourself. The colors of the vest change from wallpaper to wallpaper, but in the color movie it is colored light blue.
