I found some South Korea Vinyl Album covers from the 1970s showing women with denim vests. Found in the WWW.

The woman above in red and blue is Kim In Soon / 김인순 and the album from 1979 is named  새노래 히트송모음.

Next lady on the ground is  Na Hee-myeong / 나희명 and the album from 1975 is named 사랑은 이런건가봐  그리운 연인들.

I'm not sure, if the one with the cap is a lady too, but here we are: Lee Jung-Eun / 이정은 and the album from 1980 is named 멋장이 꿈을 먹는 아이

Last one is Ji-Young Moon /  문지영 and the name of the 1979 album is 문지영 새노래집 연애작전

This cute woman from Japan may be Anne Mari, who was promotion pictured in a denim on denim outfit while the 1970s (?). Not totally sure about that, it's not easy to find a way through those japanese websites, they always be mysterious to me.
