More women with denim vests from the large country in South America. Source again magazine clips from 1976 to 1978 from Brazilian magazines. Found in the WWW, especially here:

First one at the top is Regina Blois Duarte Franco. She appeared in a magazine clip photo clothed with something looking like a blue jean vest. More pictures were not available. 

Second one Brazil poet and actress Bruna Lombardi, clothed in denim. I wasn't able to find more pictures of her in this outfit. It seems, that she appeared in the brazilian Telenovela Sem Lenço, sem Documento wearing denim on denim.

Next woman is Brazilian actress Françoise Forton, wearing something that may be a very light denim vest. Too bad, there were only closeups available in that outfit.

Last woman is Rosemary aka Rosemary Pereira. I'm not one hundred percent sure in this case, but it seems, that Rosemary wears a light blue denim vest too. More pictures from this special set were not available.
