The 70s had definitely gone in 1983, but there were still some last denim vests around, as here in Down Under in a youth magazine named Dolly. Found in the WWW. More terms: not fade away; glossy sheen.

Too bad, I missed to save datas from the video, where I took this vidcaps. Maybe I can find it again later, but at the moment I don't know the name of the actress and I don't know the name of the movie. I only remember it was a movie from Eastern Europe, maybe Czech, maybe Polish, maybe a third country...

The blonde woman appeared in a short scene, where factory workers a leaving their working place.

This mystery took about three months to solve, but now I know the name of the blonde woman with the blue jean vest and also the name of the movie. Eastern Europe was right, but it wasn't CSSSR and it wasn't Poland.

It was German actress Regina Beyer, who appeared 1983 with blue jeans vest in a short sequence of German TV-series POLIZEIRUF 110, episode DIE LIEBEN LUDER.
