The Receptionist Woman

I found a Swedish movie from 1975 last weekend, that is a bad bad movie for more than one reason. A really bad movie. So I will not name it here. In the early days of movie making after adult movies became legal in some countries, there were some movies released, which were not only pure adult movies, but also other genre movies too. This is one of them. It was taken in Sweden, but for an international market, so the language was English.

There is only one good reason to give it a blog post: the main actor has a boring office job in a highrise building. And there are three sequences through the movie, where he has short interactions with a young woman through a floor window. She is the receptionist in that office . And this Receptionist Woman wears a classic outfit with white cotton blouse and a denim vest all the time through the movie, also on different days. Ok I know, it's pretty sure, that her sequences were taken on the same day in one line while film making, but I like the imagination of her always wearing this outfit with the blue jean vest over the white cotton blouse. I think, I would have hired her too.

There are two kinds of casts in the movie, the cast with more screentime takes also the clothes off while the movie, the cast with lesser screentime keeps the clothes on all the time. Most of the women in the office of the main actor keep their clothes on, also the Receptionist woman. It is not known, if she was an actress or only an extra. In the data bases she is listed with more than one possible name, but it seems, that the appearance in this movie was her only performance in a film.

Denim wear from Skandinavia

Five pieces in the exhibition now:

- 1 farkkuliivi by James (Finland)

- 1 farkkuliivi by Jesse (Italy / Finland)

- 2 jeansvästs by Silver Dollar's (Sweden)

- 1 jeansväst by Lucas (Sweden)

JAMES was a Finnish jeans company, that also sold denim vests (farkkuliivi) in the 1970s.

JESSE jeans maybe is not a Skandinavian, but an Italian jeans company and brand. But I'm pretty sure, that the denim vest below (farkkuliivi) was sold in Finland too on the same page as the vest by James before.

Last pieces are from Skandinavia, these are denim vests (jeansväst) from Swedish companies SILVER DOLLAR'S and LUCAS. One was sold in Finland, two were in Sweden.
