Harmony 5 seems to have been a short lived French music group, that tried to get a slot for France on the European Song Contest in 1976. I was glad to see a black colored woman with blue jean vest as part of the group, but sorry, I wasn't able to find out her name. Found in the WWW

I think it's not the blue jean vest she wore in this tv appearance from 1976:
