Polish theater director Olga Lipińska with denim vest in 1978. Found in the WWW
It seems, that Olga was the head behind a musical cabaret show on Polish TV named Kabaret Olgi Lipińskiej. In one episode from 1978 there appeared a couple of Polish women in cowgirl outfits with denim vests in one of the sequences of the show.
