Cute Czech actress Miroslava Šafránková starred in the main role in the German TV-series JOKEI MONIKA from 1981. The show was produced by Eastern Germany TV. Miroslava wore a denim on denim outfit with blue jeans and denim vest in two episodes with variations of the top below the vest (episodes 4 and 6). I have seen more women in denim vests in the episodes, but except the performance of Roswitha Marks it were only appearances below the half of a second, unclear in the background or unclear because of motion.
