The British movie INTIMATE GAMES from 1976 is one of this so called sex comedies, which were popular while the 1970s in several countries, not only UK or Germany.

One of the main actresses in this movie, Anna Bergman from Sweden, wears a denim waistcoat in two scenes. 

I found another woman with denim waistcoat on a promotional photo or a lobby card, offered at ebay:

Following this alternative movie wallpaper, the brunette women with the denim waistcoat is Maria St. Clare, another main actress of the movie.

And here it becomes difficult. There is the promotional photo of her in denim waistcoat, but I wasn't able to find a scene or only a short moment in the movie, showing her with the denim waistcoat. 

But I found a similar scene with the strange guy starring on her boobs and her wearing tight denim at this moment, but a denim blouse, not a denim waistcoat.

And there is another promotional photo or lobby card, maybe showing the same scene, but with other clothes worn by the guy. Complicated!

Hilda Carrero

 

On this promotion photo Venezuelan actress Hilda Carrero wears a blue denim vest. I think it's from Wrangler, look at the pockets. Don't know the exact year, when it was taken, but I think, it was in the second half of the 1970s. Found in the WWW

I wasn't able to find alternative pictures from the same set, but this picture or parts of it are used often. She appeared in Telenovelas on Venezuelan TV. But I don't know if the denim on denim outfit was part of a costum in a Telenovela or if it was her private look on a promotion picture or an eyecatcher look for promotion.

The Actriz Venezolana was a model before on the way to become Miss International in 1973, but didn't win.

German actress Kirsten Stage wears a blue jean vest in one episode of the German TV-series AUSGERISSEN! WAS NUN? from 1977. 

Thanx to PIDAX this was available for a longer time on DVD and Streaming. But it seems, it's not available anymore at the moment.
