It seems, that Olga was the head behind a musical cabaret show on Polish TV named Kabaret Olgi Lipińskiej. In one episode from 1978 there appeared a couple of Polish women in cowgirl outfits with denim vests in one of the sequences of the show.

Jessie St. James is an American actress, appearing in some special kind of movies. This is one from 1981, showing her in a cute outfit with blue jeans and denim vest. It's not Georgina Spelvin, as I wrote first, that was my mistake.
