This picture may be one of the most famous of Madiha Kamel, but I wasn't able to find out, if this is only a promotional shot or part of some movie stills:
I'm not sure about this, but I think (or I want to believe that) Madiha wears a denim vest here:

There is also a very short sequence in the 1982 movie بريق عينيك where she maybe wears a denim vest too, but too short and too less total views to be sure.
