Persian actress Soraya Hekmat wears a denim vest in the 1975 pre-revolution Iranian movie ALOODEH. Her denim on denim outfit appears in more than one scene of the movie. It seems, that there is a black and white version and a colored version of the movie. I was only able to find a short sequence of the colored version, but not from the whole movie, so the video caps are in black and white.
In the original movie from 1976 Tatum O'Neal played the gifted baseball girl Amanda. There is a very short sequence showing her sitting on the back of a motor bike, maybe wearing a denim vest. But I'm not sure about that, it's filmed too close, too much covert and too short to be sure.
Later there was also a tv-show around 1979-1980 with Tricia Cast playing Amanda. And one episode showing her wearing a dark denim vest at a party.
