I found two videos from 1976 about a long gone German fair and spotted some younger and older women with denim vests among the visitors. Especially two teenage women wearing their blue jean vests over a brown-red sweater and over a green sweater appear again and again in one of the videos. They were part of a group of orphans visiting the fair before official opening.

This woman ran a shop for vintage clothing in California, named close to ELECTRIC LADYLAND, but I cannot remember the correct name. I liked this shop, because they sold denim and jeans vests more often than other shops and always pictured in a lovely vintage way. I don't know, if the shop is still there, maybe I will find it again later.
The Black Sabbath vest ist a vintage WRANGLER vest, the later vests are from different brands and posts and not stringent.

A beautiful vintage denim vest from the past. FADE OUT shall not be the brand of the jeans company, but an attention sign for the owner to be careful washing the piece with other clothings, because the indigo color may FADE OUT while the washing process.
I found some Magyar women from the 1970s with denim vests on a great Hungarian website named FORTEPAN. Some a younger and some are older. The cute first one above and below was pictured while some kind of a newsreader casting. I love this picture!!!
